Copyright Infringement Notification

Required Information for DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following details:

Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed, including the specific URL or location on the Site.
Provide your contact information: mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Takedown and Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who posted it.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, a consent to jurisdiction statement, and a signature to our Designated Copyright Agent.
